All custom-made orders are non-returnable, as they’re made just for you. However, if you’re not happy with the fit, please get in touch—alterations may be possible (a small fee may apply).

Yes – if you've purchased a ready-made item (not custom-made), you're welcome to return or exchange it within 5 days of receiving your order, as long as it's unworn and in its original condition.

Please contact us first to arrange the return. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

We currently ship to the UK, US, and Canada.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or import charges that may apply to international orders. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

If your parcel is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipment before your order can be sent out again.

Prefer to use your own courier? You're welcome to arrange your own shipping. Simply place your order as normal and get in touch and we'll provide our collection address so your courier can pick up directly from us.

We recommend washing your garment on a 30 degrees or less, a gentle cycle and line drying it. Avoid hot washes and tumble drying to preserve the fabric and shape. Each piece comes with a care label to guide you.

Turnaround times vary depending on demand, but we’ll always aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. 3-6 weeks is our usual turn aorind- Need something sooner? Drop us a message before ordering and we’ll see what we can do!

All of our fabrics are preloved, so they may have small imperfections. We believe this adds to their charm and helps us reduce waste. Rest assured, every piece is lovingly inspected, washed and ironed before sewing.

Yes! Custom orders are our speciality. You can choose from our collection of fabrics and let us know your preferred style and size. We’ll work with you to create something truly unique. Just pop your measurements in the comments box at checkout or drop us a message after ordering.

Yes you can! In fact we encourage it! All we ask is that your fabric is pre-loved. Please don't buy new!

Get hinting in your local charity shops, vinted or ask family!

For most of our dresses you will need 5 meters of fabric or a double duvet cover or bigger.

For tops and shorts a single is enough.

We use pre-loved and unwanted fabrics from car boot sales, charity shops, and lovely members of the community. We also welcome fabric donations-so if you're clearing out old bedding, curtains or similar, please get in touch!
