Returns Policy for Ready- Made Garments
AtΒ Made by SJP, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your ready-made, non-sale garment, we are happy to offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
β’ Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
β’ Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
β’ The item must not have any makeup stains, perfume, or other signs of wear.
β’ Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. How to Return an Item
β’ Contact us at info@madebysjp.com or via instagramΒ within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
β’ Please provide your order number and reason for return.
β’ Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.
β’ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
3. Refunds & Processing
β’ Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7Β business days to your original payment method.
β’ Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
β’ If an item does not meet our return standards, we may reject the return and send it back to you.
4. Exchanges
β’ If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us to check availability.
β’ Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the original item.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7Β days with photos and details of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Returns Policy for Custom-Made Garments
At Made by SJP we take great care in crafting custom-made garments tailored specifically to your preferences. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we have the following returns policy in place:
1. No Returns or Exchanges
As each custom-made garment is uniquely created based on your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
2. Order Cancellations & Changes
Once production has begun, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications to your order.
IF you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to see if adjustments can be made.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a garment that is faulty or does not match your confirmed order details (e.g., incorrect size, fabric, or design), please follow these steps:
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or necessary alterations at no additional cost.
4. Sizing Issues
As garments are made to the measurements provided by you, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing unless the measurements differ from those specified in your order. If adjustments are needed, we may offer alteration services at an additional cost.
5. Color & Fabric Variations
Slight color variations may occur due to screen differences and fabric dye batches. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns.
6. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays or damage caused during shipping. However, we will assist in filing claims with the courier if necessary.
